Today is St Paddy's Day and I decided to have a healthy drink this morning. A Shamrock Shake. It was so yummy. I used 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, 2 cups of spinach, 10 oz of almond milk, 1/2 tsp of peppermint extract, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 Tablespoons of shredded unsweetened coconut, handful of ice and for a little extra sweetness I added 2 drops of liquid Stevia. What a great way to start my Green Day!
